  • Other type of Credit Providers
  • Financial Companies
  • Companies for Operations with Payment Cards
  • Public Revenue Office
  • Central Register of the Republic of Macedonia
  • Pensions and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of Macedonia
  • The Town of Skopje and the Self-Government Units
  • Providers of Services from the field of Utilities, Energetics and Telecommunications
  • Other Legal Entities who provide services based on which a liabilities appear for the physical persons and legal entities and
  • Physical Persons which are not considered as sole trader based on the Law on Trade Companies

A MCB Member becomes Provider of Data in MCB and User of Data from MCB.


Provider of Data

Provider of Data is any person who provides data on the liabilities of the physical persons and legal entities to the MCB.

The Providers of Data provide data which they have obtained exclusively through their regular operations such as providing certain service or supplying product.

Delivery of Data to MCB, pursuant to the Law on the Credit Bureau shall not be considered as the breach of Banks, Tax or Business Secret.

The Providers of Data provide the data in electronic form protected in a manner they shall not be legible during transport.


User of Data

User of Data is any person who uses the Reports from MCB, in other words to whom Reports are being supplied for his regular operations.

 

User of Data can be:

  • Providers of Data, except the Public Revenue Office, the Central Register of the Republic of Macedonia, Pensions and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of Macedonia, the Town of Skopje and the Self-Government Units and
  • the Subject of Data.

MCB IMPULS
is free of charge Internet Platform for internet access of members for data exchange.
Standard Report
is a Report which presents the real state of obligations of a physical person or legal entity from the Republic of Macedonia based on the collected data from the data providers.

Price for Standard Report is 300.00 den plus 18% VAT.
Personal Report
is a Report for which can apply any legal entity for himself in which is presented the real state of liabilities based on the data collected from the Providers of Data.

Price for each additionally withdrawn Personal Report during the current year is 800.00 den plus VAT.


Personal Monitoring
is a service which enable the members to receive notifications on the changes in his credit file, regarding the New liability, Close of liability, Registration of an Endorser and/or Co-credit Applicant, Close of Endorsement and/or Co-credit Applicant, Blocking of Accounts and Payment Cards, De-blocking of Accounts and Payment Cards, Unpaid liability with 30-60 days overdue, Unpaid liability with 60-90 days overdue and Unpaid liability with over 90 days overdue.

HOW TO BECOME A MCB MEMBER

With concluding Contract for Regulation of Mutual Rights and Obligations and by filling in a Form for Membership in the Macedonian Credit Bureau you shall become a member of the MCB.
